Welcome to Mindfulness at EHS where you can access practices and resources to support you in being more present in your life with awareness, kindness, and compassion. Mindfulness can help you to put your mind on the moment.  By training your mind through mindfulness, you can grow kindness and compassion within yourself and share this kindness and compassion with others.

Some suggestions for practicing mindfulness:
  • Your eyes may be open or closed
  • Take care of yourself
  • Mindfulness is about coming back to the moment again & again, when you get distracted you can gently & kindly bring your mind back
