Mindful Check-In

  • Notice what is on your mind right now

  • Notice what thoughts, feelings, sensations you are experiencing in the moment

  • Check in with your body, mind, heart

  • Notice what emotions you are feeling and where you are feeling the emotions in your body

  • One or two word check-in (what word/s represent/s how you are doing right now)

  • Scaling (on a scale from 0 none-5 high, what is your anxiety/stress/focus like right now?)
