Mindful Check-In
- Notice what is on your mind right now
- Notice what thoughts, feelings, sensations you are experiencing in the moment
- Check in with your body, mind, heart
- Notice what emotions you are feeling and where you are feeling the emotions in your body
- One or two word check-in (what word/s represent/s how you are doing right now)
- Scaling (on a scale from 0 none-5 high, what is your anxiety/stress/focus like right now?)
